JPK Consultancy ("we", "us", "our") is a digital consultancy based in Galway, Ireland, providing website design, business email setup, branding, and related digital services. We are the data controller responsible for personal data collected through this website.

Email Contact

Our website provides our email address (info@jpkconsultancy.com) via mailto links. If you choose to send us an email, we receive your email address and any personal information you include in your message. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

We do not operate a web contact form — email is handled directly by your own email client, and no form data is transmitted through our servers.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Email enquiries: Processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

Email correspondence is retained for up to 2 years, or longer if it relates to an ongoing client engagement. Google Analytics data is retained in line with GA4's default retention settings (14 months).
